CASE 1: FLUOROSIS: A male patient came with a complaint of discoloured and fractured teeth. He did not have the confidence to smile or talk with others. He wanted his teeth to be corrected. So he was advised crown for his upper teeth from premolar to premolar and lower teeth from canine to canine. The patient was happy with the crowns and he gained new confidence to talk and smile.

CASE 2: This young female patient reported to the clinic with a supernumerary tooth between the upper front teeth. The patient wanted to correct his teeth since aesthetically it was not pleasing. He was suggested to remove the supernumerary tooth and then a joint crown in the upper front teeth. He was delighted with the treatment.

CASE 3: DEEP BITE: A young male patient walked into the clinic with a severe deep bite. Due to which his lower anterior were fully attrited. The patient wanted to get his bite corrected. The patient was advised to go for Root canal treatment in the lower anterior. He has suggested a bite rise with crowns. He opted for zirconia crowns in the anterior and laser sintered (porcelain fused metal) in the posteriors. The patient was completely satisfied with the treatment.

CASE 4: ANTERIOR CROWDING: This young lady came to the clinic with upper anterior crowding and anterior open bite. She was concerned more about aesthetics. She does not want to go for orthodontic treatment, and so was advised for crowns in the upper anterior. She agreed on the treatment and was very happy with the results.
